Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.> The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 3-5 business days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification letter with the tracking code to your email inbox.
2. Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.Take note, that during the holidays the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.

Note: If you are paying with PayPal, we will only ship to the confirmed address that has been established by that account.
The shipping address cannot be changed on after it's placed. Please call us to cancel your order so that it does not leave our warehouse. If you choose to email, know that we might not see your email in time and cannot assist once the package has left our warehouse and the order will ship as is.
